A superb quality Georgian solid silver patch pot by Samuel Pemberton. This is of circular shape and is beautifully decorated with a Greek Key design to both the top and the bottom. The design on the top focuses around a central circular cartouche whilst the base has a more classic all over Greek Key design. with a much plainer and simpler reverse. This silver patch pot is marked for Samuel Pemberton who was an eminent Silversmith of the period and particularly well regarded for producing high quality patch pots, silver boxes and vinaigrettes. This is a lovely high quality silver patch pot in great condition making it a lovely piece of collectable silver.
