UK Postage

We only use Royal Mail (except for items over 2kg) and make sure that all items are sent via the most appropriate insured postage service as we believe this is the safest way to ensure safe delivery and avoid disappointment. All our prices include delivery within the UK.

All items are individually packed to a high standard to ensure safe delivery, any fragile items are clearly marked as such and sent fully insured.

If you require your item quickly or want to upgrade to Special Delivery on any item you will be given an option to choose this at the time of checkout.

If the item you are purchasing is over 2kg it will be posted via collect plus. We believe this is safer than Parcelforce for fragile items. However, if you would prefer to use Parcelforce you will be given an option to choose this at the time of checkout.

 

 

International Postage

We are more than happy to post many of our items worldwide. We only use Royal Mail and we will only send items fully insured and either fully tracked or with a signature.

There are certain restrictions as to what we can send and these are as follows:

  • We cannot send any Silver or Jewellery to China or Korea.
  • We cannot send any parcels that weigh over 2kg anywhere abroad.
  • We cannot send any parcels that are larger than the Royal Mail postage limits which are 60cm.
  • We will try to indicate items that we cannot send abroad on the item pages but if you are unsure please contact us before purchase.

 

Refund Policy

In compliance with distance selling regulations we offer all of our clients the opportunity to return any items they are not entirely happy with within 7 days of receipt of the item. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding return delivery costs will be provided upon receipt of the returned item in the same condition as it was sent out. It is highly recommended that any items returned to us are sent via the original postage method to ensure safe receipt by us.

In the unlikely event that any item arrives damaged or is lost in transit then a refund will only be issued once a claim has been made via the procedures set out by Royal Mail.
