A really striking Edwardian silver curved card case. This has a really striking and unusual planished finish. It has a central circular cartouche which is engraved with a monogram. Under the monogram is written "Spes Meb In Deo" which roughly translates as "My hope is in God" and is similar to the motto of The Scottish Rite so this card case may have possible links to Freemasonry. A really great example of a piece of collectable silver from the Edwardian period.
